Step by step description of the activity / content
1. The trainees are introduced to the Honey BEE startup - 5 mins
(if the BEE startup was already presented to the group begin from point 2)
2. Divide the participants in small grous by 3-4-5 and instruct them to find information about a beefarm? (how it works/seasonal cycle - 20 mins)
3. Brainstorm all the ideas and construct on a paper a mindmap with the things that can help Ivan`s bee farm:
- free time
- knowledge about the bees
- how many hours he has to work
- what are the diseases
- natural enemies
- etc - 15 mins
4. Remind the trainees of Ivan’s story. Discuss what kind of help is most needed in order for Ivan`s beefarm to make its first steps and start growing - 5 mins
5. Ask the trainees to write down what kind of help is needed for improving beefarm growth. Is it easy? What abilities he or she needs to have? What competencies? What experience, knowledge? - 10 mins
6. Discuss the future employee’s profile and ask trainees what information an advertisement needs to have qualification hours, experience certificates, what is an apprenticeship, special clothing, workplace
7. Ask trainees where Ivan can put his advertisement - newspaper, facebook, magazine. Then divide them into groups of 3-4 people and give them the task to write a job advertisement in 1) newspaper 2) facebook 3) poster 4) word of mouth, etc - 20 mins
8. Every team reads aloud the advertisement and there is a dicussion about the message and if they would apply for such a job -10 mins
Feedback
3 options:1. The short discussion provokes accumulating feedback from the trainees themselves
2. Trainees fill out a questionnaire evaluating videos of the other participants
3. There is a competition for the best advertising video followed again by a discussion
